We have an onerous task as a Christian people—that task is to practice hospitality. It is part of being a Christian—that we look for the Christ in others and imagine that in our Baptism we put on Christ like a garment.
Add to this the obligation of being named after our Patron, Benedict who is noted for practicing gracious hospitality and in teaching others to receive all guest as Christ. It’s that time again! Time for the monthly tech article. Have you been on the website recently? If you have, then I’m sure you’ve noticed a change with the Benedictions. In our constant strive to make our website more user-friendly and appealing, we have uploaded the Benedictions in a new way! Before, when you clicked onto the Benedictions tab, you would have to wait for the whole newsletter to load and then scroll through it just as you would flip through the printed version. Formation Opportunities in September
Wednesday Discussion Groups to resume this fall.On September 12, St Benedict will resume its Wednesday morning discussion group at 11:00 a.m.-noon. The discussion group follows the 10:00 Eucharist.
